Here are some videos about some of the things that happen here at the Healthy Living Centre!

Did you know that it’s just as important to look after our mental health and wellbeing as it is to look after our physical health? Our Community Connector Emma has made some videos with CASS, all about the Ways to Wellbeing, 5 simple and effective things that we can all do to help look after our mental health.

Anxiety Wall

Some members of the Fun & Fab group have worked with Luca Macchi on a performance called Anxiety Wall. The group first performed this at the AGM, and it is a very powerful piece about anxiety and how it can make us feel. We hope you enjoy the performance.

Where Life Is Kind

The Fun and Fab Women’s group have been working on a very special project, writing their own song with support from Soundwell Music. The group wrote the words and music together and have recorded a wonderful song they would like to share with everyone.

Our song is called “Where Life is Kind.”

In a world that can sometimes be sad and tough, we wanted to create something that reminds us of calm and kind times. “Where Life is Kind” is more than just a song to us; it shows our strength, creativity, and the love we share as a group.

We are very proud of what we have made and we hope you will enjoy it too. As you listen, think about what the song means to you.

Monday Walking Group

Here is a short video all about the Monday Walking Group. They have up to a 30 minute walk around the Health Park grounds, and have a friendly chat and cup of tea afterwards.
