Our Privacy Policy

Knowle West Health Park Co (KWHPC) collects information about people using its services, including personal details, if they receive consent to do so. KWHPC does this to monitor who uses the services and who is missing out, where our service users come from and how far they travel and to show our trustees, funders and contract managers whether our services are successful. All reports for outside bodies contain only anonymised data which means no one can be identified.

We store information for 4 years after the person has stopped using our service. Information is stored on a secure database and written information is locked away and only accessible to designated staff. KWHPC is aiming to stop keeping paper records in the next 3 years when all records will be electronic.
